This video shows a complete garage makeover being installed in one day. The Garage Experts installer applies a direct to concrete epoxy to the bare concrete and this epoxy will wick into the concrete to provide 3 times better adhesion. This adhesion also makes the epoxy a moisture barrier and it can withstand up to 8 lbs of moisture vapor emissions with peeling while most other epoxies would fail at only 3 lbs. While the concrete epoxy is wet the Garage Experts installer broadcasts a layer of multi colored acrylic chips onto it. These chips dry into the epoxy and provide uniform multi colored look. After a few hours the Garage Experts installer will remove any excess chip and then proceed to apply the clear high gloss topcoat over it. This will give the floor an incredibly high gloss finish that makes the floor easy to clean while also being chemical and abrasion resistant for years to come. In this video the installer is applying a Polyaspartic topcoat which dries so fast that it can be walked on in as little as 2 hours. Other Chemical Resistant Urethane and Polyurea topcoats are available at the customer’s request. During the garage floor coating installation the Factory trained Garage Experts installer assembles the cabinets and installs them on the walls. The garage cabinets are assembled on site which prevents damage during transportation. On the video you will see them install the boxes on the walls in the garage and then after they are all installed the Garage Experts Installer inserts all of the doors and shelves. All of the cabinet panels are made of an industrial grade pine that is protected by melamine and PVC edgebanding.
