The Job Exceeded My Expectations
The starting process was great as they came out and gave a no-pressure quote. Next, they scheduled a date and time based on my availability. On the start date, the crew came out, introduced themselves, and explained the entire process. The crew was professional, and the job exceeded my expectations. There was little to no dust, they cleaned up throughout the steps, and in anticipation of rain they added the extra protection as the garage needed to be aired out. I would hire them again and can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality of work! Thank you!
Thomas Buchholz

GarageExperts has a five-star rating
GarageExperts has a five-star rating and after my experience with them it’s easy to see why. From my initial contact with Daniel and through his presentation till the time that the truck left my driveway, I was totally satisfied with their product. Shane Turner and his work crew of three on this job, Josh, Matthew, and Chadon, were exemplary in their work ethics. Not only were they efficient in their process, but they were polite, courteous, and concerned about our safety and property care. I would “pop” in on them occasionally and overhear their conversations. They really seemed to enjoy not only their work but working together as a team. I never heard either one of them utter a curse word, which is a pleasant surprise in today’s world of contractors. Friends and neighbors that have seen our floor were amazed at how good it looks and GarageExperts recommendation is easily given. Two thumbs up!
Tammy Huggins

Excellent job. Exceeded our expectations. The crew was professional and polite. I have already recommended GarageExperts to others.

Garage Experts did a wonderful job
Shane from Garage Experts of North Alabama came out to give me an estimate for my garage and front/back patios. Not only was the company able to order another type of flooring (preferred) that wasn't originally listed in their collection, the company was willing and able to complete the work while I was out of town so I wouldn't have to cancel the appointment. Although Shane sent me pictures of the work once it was completed, it didn't compare to seeing it in person. Garage Experts of North Alabama did a wonderful job, I would definitely recommend them. I can't wait to have my front and back patios completed as soon as the weather gets warm this year. Thank you.

Our garage looks fantastic.
Back in January - February timeframe, Garage Experts of North Alabama came and installed the coating in our 3-car garage. The crew Shane sent were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The installation took two days due to the process, and our garage looks fantastic. Fast forward to June, and we had Garage Experts of North Alabama come back and coat the walkway up to the front door. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again should we need additional concrete coated.

Outstanding Job on Garage Floors
Shane and his crew did an outstanding job on my garage floors. My older brother saw the floors and said it’s a much higher quality job than the company that did his floors two years ago. Since it’s already peeling and he will have to get them replaced. The materials and process they use seem to be much better than what you’ll find at the big box stores! Call the Garage Experts and let them transform your space!

Great Job by Shane and Team
I had a great experience working with Shane and his team (Josh, Jacob, and Samuel). I contacted Shane about an epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating for a shop (40x40) at a property I was in the process of purchasing in southern Tennessee. I wanted the floor done within a day or two of closing on the property. We were unable to coordinate a site survey with Shane due to the home being inaccessible, but Shane accommodated me by doing a video call when I was at the home inspection and I had access to the shop. After the call, Shane provided me a quote and we got it scheduled for the day after closing. His team showed up the day after closing and immediately got started on the floor. They let it rest overnight and came back the next day to finish it up. While on site, Josh, Jacob, and Samuel were professional and communicated the whole process to me clearly. Shane et al., thank you and great job. I am very pleased with your professionalism and the services provided. To the reviewer, I use reviews a lot to make decisions. Especially for services like this. I rarely write a review. Therefore, take it as you may, but I recommend Shane and his team.

My floor came out great!
Shane and his crew were outstanding throughout the whole process! Shane went out of his way to schedule my garage floor finishing in my very tight window to get it complete. His crew showed up and exhibited nothing but professionalism and they were a couple of perfectionists! My floor came out great! This is my second garage floor to have coated but this was my number 1 experience. Thank you, Shane and crew! I cannot say enough good things about your company!
Paul
Incredibly Helpful and Accommodating
Shane and his team were incredibly helpful and extremely accommodating for our project. We had two garages completed by them (one 2-car, and one single car) on separate visits. They were originally scheduled to come complete the installation during the week of the ice storm and weren't able to for obvious reasons. However, Shane was fantastic at communicating updates to us and was able to come out to complete the install quickly after it was safe to do so. We have had so many people comment about how great the floors look and have even said that they are the best garage floors they've seen (and coming from storm shelter installers who work in garages all the time, I believe them). I highly recommend working with Garage Experts of North Alabama. We will be working with Shane again this spring to have our enclosed patio done as well.
Matt Kruse

These folks did an outdoor patio for us. Looks great. On time, knowledgeable. Our original cement looked terrible and was very rough. They sanded, patched a few cracks, did the job, and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommended.

They're the best!
I had the pleasure of working with the pros at GarageExperts of North Alabama. Specifically, Shane, who provided a great customer service experience, and the two guys in the trenches, Sam and Josh, who did a fantastic job applying a beautiful epoxy coating on my garage floor. They’re the best! If you’re considering a new floor in your garage other than the standard issue cement look, I would highly recommend you check out GarageExperts… They will not disappoint!
Michael Gerhart
This company is AMAZING!
I wish I would have called Garage Experts when we first bought our home years ago. This company is AMAZING! I feel like we added another room to our house. For years our garage has been the not-so-pretty place to store stuff. I called Garage Experts, we talked concepts and they drew up a sketch of getting all of our stuff off the floor and in shelves, and WOW! My husband and I both said, why didn't we do this sooner? Our garage looks amazing. I am so glad we called Garage Experts. Very professional, quick to respond, over 100 colors to choose from, very accommodating and my garage looks like a showroom floor. Thankful! Best part is the lifetime warranty.
Stephanie Ulrich
Highly recommend using them
I had an awful experience with another company in the area that left my garage with a very poor clear coat finish. Fortunately, Shane and his team were able to fix it by sanding out the previous work and redoing it all. They did a great job, were on time and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend using them and would use them again in the future without hesitation.
Brian McNease
Incredible Job!
I recently used Garage Experts of North Alabama to put down an epoxy floor in my garage and add custom cabinets. They did an incredible job, and their communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend! I am adding before and after pictures, but honestly, the pictures don’t do the work justice.
