Had a good experience with GarageExperts®. The salesman was helpful and friendly, and the price was reasonable. I went with them because they use an epoxy product for the base layer and a poly product for the top layer, which I like. The two-man crew was good and thorough, and made sure to go back over and correct any problem spots. They showed up on time and did good work. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

The entire process took about 2 days and the installers even moved a couple of heavier items from my garage. The installers were prompt and left the site pristine. I recently had my lanai floor done and cannot say enough about Garage Experts, from start to finish. The salesman, Dan, was professional, knowledgeable, no high pressure, just straight talk, listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions. Payment was very convenient: cash, check, credit card, etc. The guys arrived early in the morning, as promised, and were extremely neat and careful, even covering the windows with film. The owner, Will, was on site the whole time, very impressive. I made a huge mistake in the color border I picked out, so after the first stage was done I expressed how upset I was that I picked the wrong color. Will, who is the nicest man you could ever meet, was so understanding, and told me he wouldn’t leave it (he definitely agreed with me it was a bad choice but didn’t want to hurt my feelings!) so he redid the border in a much better color. It did take a few more days to complete, but it was entirely my fault and they came back to complete the job as soon as the extra materials arrived. They treated my job as if it was their own lanai and vowed to fix it to my satisfaction no matter what. No extra charges, just great customer service, from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a more finished look in their lanai or garage, the technique seems extremely durable, and they take pride in the job being perfect, even if it takes more effort on their part.

Two men showed up at the exact scheduled time of 8:00 a.m. and started working. Both were clearly professionals and went about grinding the floor to remove the eight tire stains from two cars along with other unsightly marks. They worked diligently throughout the day until they finished. I'm extremely happy with the results, and both areas have been transformed and are now very attractive.
