Extremely Happy With the End Result
We recently had GarageExperts of Kansas City install a beautiful new garage floor with a premium 3-day process, which the owner did a great job explaining why this is much better than some of the companies who do a one-day install. And I am so glad we picked this company. Two fantastic, hard-working, and polite young men spent an entire long day just removing damaged concrete. Then the concrete was repaired and flattened beautifully before any applications began. We are extremely happy with the end result and feel this has been worth the expenditure. I highly recommend this company!

Exceeded Every Expectation
This business exceeded every expectation and they meet you where you are. Steven and Tripp Novak are great to work with, and doing business with them is not a regret but truly a pleasure. They genuinely cared about helping me through the process and my concerns. They followed through on everything they promised and that’s rare in this day and age. This is absolutely the only company I’ll do business with in this field moving forward. Highly recommend.

You Have Elevated Our Outdoor Living Space!!
Having done our 3 car garage floor, with great results, we asked Garage Experts to do another project for us. Roy and Rayne came out to put together a project to resurface a lower patio enclosure. On the days of installation, there were 4 gentlemen that arrived. From start to finish, they explained the steps to be performed. They used a multiple-step process, creating an area, to include walls and floors, making a lovely outdoor living space.
The crew were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. You have elevated our outdoor living space!!
Thank you,
Gregg and Julie Schmidt

I Couldn’t Be More Impressed
I recently had the pleasure of working with Garage Experts of Kansas City for a full garage floor coating and cabinet installation, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results.
From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication. They took the time to understand my vision, offered helpful recommendations, and delivered exactly what they promised—on time and within scope.
The quality of the garage floor finish is outstanding. It not only looks incredible but is also durable and easy to maintain. The cabinets are equally impressive—well-built, functional, and they’ve completely transformed the organization and usability of my space.
What really set them apart was their commitment to customer satisfaction. The crew was punctual, respectful of my home, and left the space spotless when the project was complete.
If you’re considering upgrading your garage, I highly recommend Garage Experts of Kansas City. Their craftsmanship, reliability, and service truly earn a 5-star rating.

Very thorough and fair price.
Very thorough and fair price. Communication at the end of the job could have been better. There was not a printout of how to care for the new floor, how long to wait to drive on it, etc., or a phone call or text saying the job was complete. The workmanship looks good, and the company was easy to deal with.

Cost Less Than Expected
We had a rapidly deteriorating garage floor with a storage room under the garage. Garage Experts did a wonderful job repairing the floor along with applying an epoxy floor covering that looks great. I was very pleased that the cost to repair the garage floor was less than expected, so received a credit on my final invoice. I would highly recommend them.

Great company with great people.
We’ve wanted a nice garage floor for 30 years. My service truck and salt from winters’ roads have taken its toll in that time. The concrete spalled badly. I didn’t think my floor could be done after looking closely. We had Steve come and give me a look and a price. We were delighted to find out it could be done at a reasonable price. Tripp led the work crew that tackled the job. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. We were amazed at the progress. It seemed like no time at all we had our dream garage floor completed. It’s beautiful and so smooth. Great company with great people.

New floor looks fantastic!
Our floor received an epoxy coating in December 2019 by the Garage Experts of Kansas City. The majority of the surface held up as expected, and when clean, it still looks new. Unfortunately, late last year, I noticed some deterioration and peeling along the garage crack lines, prompting me to contact the company and ask for their assistance. We knew the coating had a lifetime warranty but were uncertain how quickly they would respond and to what degree they would honor the quality of their work. Upon receiving my call, they came out within a few days, inspected the floor, and convened to determine the best approach to remedy the problem. After a few email conversations, it was agreed that they would redo the entire floor, which was completed satisfactorily on April 16, 2024—nearly five years after its initial application. The new floor looks fantastic! We elected to fill in the crack lines as that is the process we took with another epoxy application in Washington State. It is wonderful to work with a company that backs their warranty and works diligently to ensure their customers are satisfied. I have and will continue to recommend the good work of the Garage Experts of Kansas City.

What a difference they made.
We could not be more excited about our newly finished garage floor on our 101-year-old home. It was in so much need of help. They made it look like new. What a difference they made. They took their time and did a perfect job.

Excellent customer service.
Absolutely LOVE my floors. Garage Experts is awesome. They helped me pick the color and I couldn't be happier. They were on time and professional. They are not the cheapest out there, but they are definitely not the most expensive. For the product type I chose, I feel it was a value for my money. Our floors look great. We had to wait about 6ish weeks to get it installed as they are booked up. But so worth the wait!! The install process on our garage floor took 1.5 days. I had a question on a spot after the install, and they were just as responsive to call me back and answer my questions AFTER the job and after they were paid in full! Excellent customer service. You won't be disappointed!!

Excellent Job by Tripp Novak
I had invited three top-rated companies in Overland Park, KS to give me an estimate to apply epoxy coating in our two-car attached garage. Steven Novak (of GarageExperts) came on time and was very diligent looking at our garage. He even asked me to move my car (other companies did not) so that he could properly access the garage floor. He clearly identified areas that needed repair and gave me an estimate. He was not the cheapest, but he was competitive. His son Tripp Novak did the actual work. He is a very hard-working, conscientious young man. He did an excellent job. He did not cut any corners and took extra time to ensure that the epoxy had set properly. I am very pleased with the service provided by Steven & Tripp and would recommend them.

We love our new garage floor!
We love our new garage floor! The color is so pretty. I also love that the floor is a little warmer to walk on in socks than concrete. We have our trash bins in our garage and my feet are no longer freezing when I run out to the garage real quick to take trash out. When my husband and I received our estimate for the garage, Steve was very knowledgeable and explained the process very well. His son, Tripp, showed up on time each day he was here which was a Monday to Wednesday. He had to fix some concrete areas that had cracks in our garage. Because of this and it being cold, he mentioned the first morning that the project was going to take a day longer than expected. I appreciate him telling us and explaining the process so I could make accommodations to stay home and work. He also gave an option to access the garage via code if I could not be home that last day. Luckily, my work is flexible to work from home otherwise I would not have worried about giving my garage code. Each big phase he would ask me to look at the floor so I could see the process. My little dog even liked him and she tends to bark at strange people when I am home alone with her. We were told not to walk on the garage for three days after and do not drive or move things back in until 5 to 7 days after the project was finished. We stayed off for eight days to make sure the floor was totally dry before I parked in the garage.

Thoroughly professional
We moved to KC last summer. The previous owners had painted the garage floors with what I would describe as blue swimming pool paint. I met Steve and Tripp at the KC Home Show and hired them to refinish our floor. These guys are thoroughly professional and very easy to work with. They did a fantastic job for a very fair price.
