We recently had GarageExperts of Kansas City install a beautiful new garage floor with a premium 3-day process, which the owner did a great job explaining why this is much better than some of the companies who do a one-day install. And I am so glad we picked this company. Two fantastic, hard-working, and polite young men spent an entire long day just removing damaged concrete. Then the concrete was repaired and flattened beautifully before any applications began. We are extremely happy with the end result and feel this has been worth the expenditure. I highly recommend this company!

On the days of installation, there were 4 gentlemen that arrived. From start to finish, they explained the steps to be performed. We’ve wanted a nice garage floor for 30 years. My service truck and salt from winters’ roads have taken its toll in that time. The concrete spalled badly. I didn’t think my floor could be done after looking closely. We had Steve come and give me a look and a price. We were delighted to find out it could be done at a reasonable price. Our floor received an epoxy coating in December 2019 by the Garage Experts of Kansas City. The majority of the surface held up as expected, and when clean, it still looks new. Unfortunately, late last year, I noticed some deterioration and peeling along the garage crack lines, prompting me to contact the company and ask for their assistance. We knew the coating had a lifetime warranty but were uncertain how quickly they would respond and to what degree they would honor the quality of their work. Upon receiving my call, they came out within a few days, inspected the floor, and convened to determine the best approach to remedy the problem. After a few email conversations, it was agreed that they would redo the entire floor, which was completed satisfactorily on April 16, 2024—nearly five years after its initial application. The new floor looks fantastic! We elected to fill in the crack lines as that is the process we took with another epoxy application in Washington State. It is wonderful to work with a company that backs their warranty and works diligently to ensure their customers are satisfied. I have and will continue to recommend the good work of the Garage Experts of Kansas City.
