Outstanding Quality and Service Aug 27, 2026

Outstanding Quality, Service, and a Company That Truly Stands Behind Its Work: I cannot say enough good things about our experience with GarageExperts of Merrimack Valley. We first hired GarageExperts in 2018 to install the epoxy flooring in our attached garage. Eight years later, the floor still looks like new. Even more impressive, when we recently had an area that needed some attention, they stood behind their lifetime warranty and took care of the repair. It is refreshing to work with a company that not only promises quality and a lifetime guarantee but actually honors it years later. Because we were so pleased with our original garage, we didn't hesitate to hire GarageExperts again this time to do the floor in our detached garage. Once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. The two young men, Austin and Nolan, who completed the installation were outstanding; they deserve to be recognized. They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and clearly took tremendous pride in their work. What impressed me most was their attitude and enthusiasm. They weren't simply there to get a job done; they genuinely cared about the quality of the finished product, and it showed. The workmanship is exceptional, the new floor looks fantastic, and the entire experience reinforced why we chose GarageExperts a second time. After eight years, I can confidently say this is not just a company that does great work when they install your floor. They stand behind their product and their customers long after the job is finished. That says a lot about the people and the company. We could not be happier and would recommend GarageExperts of Merrimack Valley without hesitation. If you are considering having your garage floor done, they have certainly earned our highest recommendation.

The result was transformative Jul 20, 2026

GarageExperts of Merrimack Valley recently installed an epoxy/polyaspartic blended flake coating in our 20-year-old garage. The work was done by Ben and Nolan. They were on time, professional, personable, and both possessed a great sense of humor. Before coating, several sections of degraded/spalled/cracked concrete were repaired with a cement-like product. The entire floor then was ground down with a large machine before the coating was applied. The result was transformative. Application of the product was meticulous with no splatter on garage walls or doors. Application of the coating in corners, nooks, crannies, and under steps was flawless. Clean-up was thorough, and the project was completed in a day with a two-day drying period. Our contacts with the owner (Steve) and his son (Matt) who did the estimate were very positive. This family-operated, locally owned company has a great team and deserves your patronage!

Our garage floor was completed by GarageExperts today by Ben and Nolan. Very professional, on time, explained the job in detail and even the drying time. They did an amazing job, both very skilled craftsmen. The floor looks fantastic, I just don’t know what took us so long to get this done. If you’re thinking about it, just do it, you won’t be sorry. Great company to work with and great employees too!

Very happy with the work Jun 5, 2026

Completed floors for attached garage and an outbuilding -- very happy with the work for both. I ran into some water/drainage issues (building issues, not GarageExperts issues) with the outbuilding due to a high water table and lots of rain, and the team was great about identifying the issue and offering solutions. They then adjusted the project schedule once the drainage issue was fixed, and were great about re-doing some of the work and completing the project very quickly.

What an incredible job! Nov 20, 2025

What an incredible job! I posted some before and after photos. They did a detailed job sealing all the cracks and imperfections, then they went forward and did the actual job. They were prompt on time, very communicative, talked me through the warranty, the care of the floor, and ideas on how to take care of it. They literally crawled around on their hands and knees to make sure they got every crevice. Full of jokes and good conversations, they were wonderful to work with. Makes me want to look around the property and house and find something else for them to do. My floor looks and feels amazing, I like don't want to put anything on it. 100% recommend you finding a place in your budget to get this done, you won't be sad about it.

Steve was true to his word, stood behind the warranty Sep 1, 2025

We hired Steve and team in 2023 to do our garage and basement workroom floors. The floors came out great and transformed the look of those areas. Unfortunately, in 2024, we experienced some flaking and peeling on the garage floor. We contacted Steve and he came back to fix the problem areas. He told us if there were any additional issues he would come back to redo the whole floor. In 2025 we did have additional flaking and peeling. Steve was true to his word, stood behind the warranty and redid the whole floor with a more breathable epoxy. Ben and Nolan, who did the job, were excellent. The floor looks great!

Carmella Brown

Garage Experts for the Merrimack Valley were awesome to work with. From the timely appointment to provide a quote, to the quote acceptance and scheduling process to the one-day completion of our installation, they were professional and impressive in the work. We could not be happier with the end result. Our garage floor and side walls look amazing at what we feel was a more than fair price. We encountered a one-week delay due to heavy rains but were kept up to date throughout the entire time. This is a great organization!

Garage Experts' professional work May 9, 2025

The completion of our 2-car garage looks amazing. We previously had an epoxy floor, which held up 10 years, but was in need of a redo. We decided on the polyaspartic coating for better durability and no sun discoloration. If the product is as good as the expert reviews, we should be good for a very long time. Garage Experts completed the prep and finish coating in a timely manner. We highly recommend their professional work.

Brad Smith

Great team, great work Apr 13, 2025

Great team, great work, and very professional. Steve, Matt, Ben, Denzel were all a great team who provided quality work and clear communications. They take pride in their work and I would recommend them to anyone. Had my floor done, took two days, and the results were exactly what I was looking for. Main reason I had the work done was for anti-skid. The surface came out just what I was looking for. Great job.

They take pride in their work, they charged exactly what was quoted, and I would recommend them to others. Haverhill, MA

The finished product looks great. Jul 15, 2024

Everyone who I've encountered throughout the process from sales to installation has been very professional, honest, and friendly. They took the time answering all my questions about nuances of the process. The installation crew arrived right on time and finished the job as scheduled. The guys left the jobsite clean and took care to minimize the imprint of the project on my lawn/driveway. The finished product looks great. The pricing was on par with the competition, but what sealed the deal for me was the warranty and peace of mind knowing that they'll stand by the quality of the product.

Mikalai M

The floor came out beautifully. Jun 24, 2024

I engaged Garage Experts of Merrimack Valley to fix a floor started by another company who started the job but did not have the expertise to finish it. Matt came out within 3 days of me calling for an estimate and explained how they could address my issues. Understanding the need to accelerate my project, Matt had a crew start the job in one week’s time. The crew, Ben and Artie, were very professional and answered all my questions. They completed my 560 sq ft basement room in one day. The floor came out beautifully.

Richard Carpinone

The floor looks that good. Jun 12, 2024

The guys just finished our garage (yesterday). Looks great, and the most welcoming part was that Ben and the boys were very nice and accommodating. I don't know if they go through training to be that friendly, but it was noteworthy. Now I am thinking of installing the cabinets because the floor looks that good. If you are thinking of having your garage floor epoxied, I would highly recommend Garage Experts of the Merrimack Valley.

Couldn't be happier with the result Jan 28, 2024

My garage floor was just finished this weekend, and I couldn't be happier. The weather made things more difficult with trying to schedule the install, but it was worth it for the end result. I'm so glad I got this done as I hadn't realized how bad the state of my garage floor had gotten. The crew that showed up was excellent and even helped me move the last few big items I had in my garage out of the way on the day of the installation. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!

Rooms no longer feel like a basement! May 16, 2023

This is a very belated recommendation. The crews did an amazing job. We did three basement rooms over two projects. Rooms that needed a dehumidifier no longer do! Plus, the rooms are so much nicer and brighter. It no longer feels like a basement! Sorry I don’t have any before photos. We chose a neutral pattern because these also meet an old multicolored slate floor. There are thousands of possibilities from solid colors to a metallic look.

Very happy with the final product! The three-man crew did an incredible job with everything asked of them. They were very easy to talk to and explained everything in the process. Again, I'm very happy with the job they did!

Very happy with the final product Apr 14, 2023

We hired GarageExperts of Merrimack Valley to coat our two-car garage floor with epoxy. During our initial consult, Steve was knowledgeable, answered our questions, and provided a quick estimate. It only took the crew about six hours to get the job completed over the course of two days. We are very happy with the final product and cannot wait to move our cars and belongings back into the garage. The team who installed the epoxy was timely and professional. We would highly recommend GarageExperts of Merrimack Valley to anyone looking to epoxy a space!

The floor came out better than expected. Jan 6, 2023

I was referred to GarageExperts of Merrimack (Steve) from a friend (I had seen his epoxy flooring at his house). When Steve came out to look at my basement floor he was on time and very professional. He educated me on options and answered any questions I had. He provided me an estimate the same day. His team that came out to do my epoxy floor were on time, professional, very friendly, and easy to talk to. It was a 2-day process and they provided clear expectations and answered any questions that I had. They were amazing and the floor came out better than I expected. I would highly recommend them.

Epoxy Job Done Right Oct 29, 2022

I had Garage Experts of Merrimack Valley do an epoxy job at my 2-car garage a week ago. They were one of several companies that came out to give proposals/estimates for the work. The reason I chose them was twofold. One, the owner himself came out (as opposed to commissioned salespeople) to present his company and the kind of work they do. Two, I had a small defect in the garage floor where during the original construction of the garage, a piece of the concrete floor next to the driveway was broken out. The builder, rather than fixing the defect properly, simply continued with the driveway asphalt to fill in the divot. I asked the 3 other companies that gave me proposals whether they could properly fix the unseemly asphalt patch so that the new epoxy floor would look 100% like a new floor. None of them, except for Merrimack, said they would address that issue. As promised, it was a two-day job to grind the concrete, apply the epoxy, add the color chips, and apply the clear coat. No surprises, no hidden extra charges. Merrimack was a little more in price than the others, but not only did the epoxy job come out great, they fixed the unseemly asphalt patch (removed it and installed concrete the day before the epoxy was installed). This company has done around 7 or 8 garages in my development, and I have not heard anything negative about their experiences with Garage Experts of Merrimack Valley.
