Garage Experts of the Florida Panhandle Are the Best
Garage Experts of the Florida Panhandle are the best. Wanted to have my garage floor done and reached out to them for the work. I was a little farther out of their area, but Will and his team said they could do the work. I had to wait for them to do the work until we closed on our home. They came out the day after closing and Eli and his crew worked all day to get the job completed. The floor looks amazing. If you need your garage floor done, reach out to Garage Experts and they will get you taken care of. Update 2026, used Garage Experts for my newest home and garage again. The workmanship and finished project were again outstanding. The crew handled my garage and front porch with great attention to detail. Please call Garage Experts for your needs. You will not be disappointed. I have used the local team twice and highly recommend them.

Great service from Cole and Bill. Very professional and polite. The only thing was that the edge where they stopped near the driveway, it was not a clean line. But they came back the next day and fixed it in 10 min! I highly recommend this company! Will was even very responsive! Thank you, guys!

Could Not Be Happier
We used GarageExperts for our back porch and could not be happier! Communication was fantastic, and Ricky, Cole, and Caleb were efficient and clean! Our back porch extends out to our pool, so we were looking for something non-slip, easy to maintain, and aesthetic. I was skeptical about epoxy but am really happy with the outcome!

Great crew of guys—definitely experts!
Wish we would’ve done this to our garage a long time ago. It’s incredible the amount of space the GarageExperts found in our garage. Great crew of guys—definitely experts in their trade! The stuff they use is way more heavy duty and better looking than anything you can buy at the big box stores.

Highly Recommend!!
We were referred to GarageExperts® by a friend who had their garage floors done. We reached out, and they came by on a Sunday on their way to their office for another purpose to do the estimate. The process was easy and the price was fair, so we agreed to move forward. They had availability very quickly, so that was a plus. The crew (Will and Ricky) showed up on time, were friendly, finished on time, and did an amazing job. We could not be more excited about the end result and will definitely refer them for anyone else looking to have their floors finished. Highly recommend!!

Such Diligence and Professionalism
All I can say is W O W! We had dreamed of an epoxy garage floor for years and Will and his competent team made it happen! In ~7 hours the job was done and was gorgeous! It had begun to rain as they left, so the team even drove back over to our home to cover the apron portion and protect it… such diligence and professionalism. And Will is a man of character and integrity, you can tell that as soon as you meet him. We highly recommend this business.
AND they came back and just completed the installation of all our cabinetry, bike racks, and hanging storage… just fantastic!!! We plan on adding more now that we’ve seen it. Thank you, Will, and thanks to your awesome team.

Will, Eli, and the Garage Expert crew are the most professional service group I have worked with. They gave us quotes and renderings in a very timely manner. We now have a new, beautifully organized storage space. This is where we enter and exit multiple times per day. I highly recommend this particular company and the crew! The photos are still our work in progress.

The job was done to perfection
I own a humble cottage home in Seagrove Beach with two wonderful covered and screened porches. Unfortunately, the flow to and from the beach has permanently stained the painted cement and has been an eyesore for us when we have the opportunity to visit our home. We have used this epoxy system in our garages in previous homes and thought we'd give it a try on the porches (and detached laundry/storage area). The entire process from start to finish was seamless and the job was done to perfection. We are more than pleased with the product and staff.

Very much happy with our balcony floor
We love our oversized balcony space and therefore spend more hours relaxing on the balcony while we are at the condo. At first, we wanted to install natural stone flooring, but after the Miami tragic incident, our HOA will no longer approve tiles on the balcony. So we decided to do the epoxy floor treatment. We contacted Garage Experts for an estimate. The salesperson, a very personable gentleman, gave us an excellent presentation. He was extremely knowledgeable about their products. Also, he was instrumental in getting us through our HOA approval process. We would like to thank him for all his efforts. Today, we are very much happy with our balcony floor – see pictures. I would highly recommend Garage Experts for your next floor project.

GarageExperts Are the Best
GarageExperts are the best! They were prompt, stayed on the job, and the crew were all very courteous. We had our patio done first and liked it so much, we had them back to do the front porch and the garage floor. It is not your typical epoxy-looking floor, but a beautiful, almost crushed shell-looking finish. We highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! I took my time educating myself on garage floor coatings and selecting a professional to coat our new garage floor the best way (grind, epoxy, flake, then polyaspartic). Great experience!
Great experience! The owner came and provided an estimate and details about the installation process. The quoted price was in line with the research I had done, so I agreed and we moved forward. On installation day, the foreman was early. He took me through the process again, and his team showed up on time and got to work. I periodically checked the install status and was pleased with how well things went. At one point, one of the company owners stopped by during installation to see how things were going and that the crew was meeting expectations, which they were. At completion, the foreman went over how to proceed over the next few days to ensure a good outcome. The team was very professional and courteous and cleaned up, leaving no mess. I am glad I chose GarageExperts; my garage and patio look fantastic.

Don't hesitate to give Will a call today!

Eli really made everything easy and smooth.
Eli really made everything easy and smooth. He delivered what he promised - a garage flooring done before I moved in.
The quality of the flooring is top notch. Everything is perfectly even and smooth.
My only qualm is that some of the epoxy made it onto the walls, randomly, in small sections during the install. It looks like the roller made contact with the bottom of the drywall in places.
Overall, I'm very happy in my investment and I would recommend Garage Experts.

Fantastic Company! Contacted for a quote, owner was out the next day, measured and quoted me on site. Presented me with really good options, better than other companies were offering. They also had a cancellation and got me in much sooner than I had thought, and that was a huge benefit for me! Everything worked out great, smooth and easy. Will be doing more work with the company with our real estate business. Good honest people.

A Pleasure Working with Professional Experts
GarageExperts of the Florida Panhandle is a professional business that lives up to its name… EXPERTS. They are an authorized company that sells and applies a super product for garage floors that is good-looking, stain and abrasion resilient and offers numerous appearances. The workmanship was a team effort: Will evaluated what needed to be done, organized an agenda that fit around our schedule and the rest of his team: Eli, Ricky, and Jeremy. Everyone showed up on schedule with polite, friendly, happy faces, all organized and equipped with the necessary tools and products to complete the task. They set up a temporary tent to protect themselves and the supplies from the extreme Florida weather. At the end of a full day’s work, the goal was achieved, and everyone pitched in to clean up, all with happy smiling faces, including mine, for a job well done. It looked as if nothing had happened except for the transformation of my garage floor into an attractive non-porous surface that has an ultra-high solid polyaspartic topcoat that is stain and abrasion resistant, that doesn't pick up tire marks and is easy to keep clean! As promised, Ricky and Jeremy returned on the agreed day and put our stuff back in the garage. Thanks everyone for keeping your promises. It was a pleasure working with such polite, happy, hard-working, well-trained and professional EXPERTS!

We highly recommend GarageExperts
Will, Eli, and the guys were very easy to work with. The garage floor epoxy was completed as contracted. They were professional, and the job was also completed on time. They communicated well with us when we emailed or called with questions. Their price was competitive with other bids we received. They gave a military discount. Our neighbors loved the finished product. We highly recommend GarageExperts of the Florida Panhandle.

From start to finish Eli was on time
From start to finish Eli at GarageExperts® was on time with appointments, estimates, and getting the job done. We had to reschedule due to weather, but the job was completed in one day as planned, and the floor looks beautiful. I can't say enough about this company. I am getting an estimate to add built-in cabinets too. Can't wait to see the final results.

Transformed Our Exterior Walkway and Pool Deck
Garage Experts of the Florida Panhandle transformed our exterior walkway and pool deck. Time and wear had caused peeling and cracking in the painted concrete surface. They sealed and sanded cracks, then applied the epoxy coat, resin flake, and a polyaspartic top coat with light sand to increase traction. The process occurred over three days. It looks beautiful.

Garage Experts just completed the refinishing of our garage floor, and we could not be happier! They were on time, and the process took exactly the amount of time they said it would take, and now we have a great looking garage floor!

Epoxy garage floor turned out beautiful
Company does great work, was very responsive and always followed up on questions. The garage floor was very rough and required a lot of prep work, which they handled well. They also added extra anti-slip material to prevent accidents, and the epoxy garage floor turned out beautiful! Would recommend them! They were there when they said they would arrive and finished in one day. Thanks for a job well done.

These guys are amazing!
These guys are amazing! The concrete around my pool was a disaster because of moisture. We moved here in April, and the previous owners painted over the damaged concrete to hide it. Every day more and more would peel off. We tried power washing, which only did more damage. There were cracks everywhere and chunks missing. We found Garage Experts, and they got to work within a few weeks of sending the initial estimate. The job took about 2 days. Now it looks brand new!!! It’s incredible! We couldn’t be happier! They were also much more competitively priced than other local companies. I have already referred them to friends who were all as happy as we are. I never write reviews, but these guys deserved it. Gotta support the local small businesses!!
