Garage Experts Continues to Exceed My Expectations
Garage Experts continues to exceed my expectations! Three years ago, Thomas and Jacob installed an epoxy floor in my 50’ x 30’ building, and it still looks fantastic today. Because of the great experience I had, I called them back to do the epoxy floor in my sunroom. This time Jacob and Grady handled the installation, and once again they exceeded my expectations.
Everyone I’ve worked with has been courteous, professional, and takes pride in their work. They stick to their schedule, communicate well throughout the process, and the finished product is outstanding. Their pricing is great for the quality you receive, making them an excellent value.
If you’re considering an epoxy floor, Garage Experts is the company to call.

If you are thinking of upgrading your garage, Garage Experts are the ones that you need to hire. It all started when Lisa came to our home with the information I needed to make an educated decision. She was knowledgeable and thorough. I decided they were the ones who could transform my garage from a not-so-comfortable space to a work of art. If I Could Make 10 Stars I Would
If I could make 10 stars instead of five the rating, I would do it without question. Approximately 400 ft.² in an outdoor building that gets lots of use, this floor has taken it to a new level. The work was exemplary, quickly done, and efficiently completed. Thank you so much, Lisa, for arranging all the particulars, and a big huge thank you to Jacob and Dawn. You were like busy bees from the time you got here till the time you left! Your knowledge, care, and expertise in this project was beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you so much, GarageExperts, for finishing the floors in my four seasons building.

We Had a Great Experience
We had a great experience with GarageExperts. We met Lisa and Thomas at the Wilmington Home Show; we liked them from the start. Lisa made the appointment at the show and showed up on time and communicated promptly. Lisa was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions as we selected our flooring options. Also, Lisa and my wife hit it off well! We received our quote during the site visit, and it was emailed to us before Lisa left. We had several other quotes. We chose GarageExperts as we felt they were more experienced and would have the equipment and expertise the others did not. Also, Lisa made a great impression with her approach and knowledge. We accepted the quote and scheduled the job. Lisa followed up to ensure we were ready and had the garage ready for work. Thomas and Nate showed as promised. Both Nate and Thomas were very respectful and worked hard during the entire process. The existing floor took a bit more work than expected, but Thomas had the proper equipment to handle the job, which justified our choice even further. I was impressed with the attention to detail and process to complete the job. The first day was the longest, with stripping of the old coating and applying the base coat. Lisa stopped by to bring the job home and help out the guys. The second day was quicker, with cleaning up the extra flakes and leveling of the floor application. The extra time spent to get the floor flat was impressive. The top coat application really brought out the colors of the floor. The effort to ensure the corners and edges were completed neatly meant a lot to me. Overall we really enjoyed the entire process and will recommend GarageExperts to everyone. All the neighbors are pretty jealous, so hopefully that will bring in some more jobs. Thanks for the great service and product. We love our new floor!!!!!

Our overall experience with Garage Experts is 5 of 5 stars.
Garage Experts did our last two homes. While these were two different franchises, we found them consistent.
Communication and follow-up with Lisa was top-notch and professional. Response time and follow-through, maybe the best I have experienced. As our home was in the build process, dates kept moving, and Lisa was on top of moving schedules around and we are so appreciative of her flexibility.
Jacob and Dawn were the professionals who were on site to execute the plan Lisa and I put together. They arrived on time, educated us on the process and what to expect, they were efficient, and continued thorough communication throughout the process.

Fantastic Job on a 2 Car Garage
Dawn, Tom, and Will did a fantastic job on a 2 car garage with a large workspace! They were efficient, on time, informed, and answered all our questions. They left the site immaculate and ensured we had all the info we needed before leaving. I have a very large workspace area and they spent considerable time ensuring the area would sustain the traffic and abuse such areas will take. In addition, they installed cabinetry to meet my wife’s gardening needs on the opposite side of my workspace. This group listened intently to our needs and met them all. I highly recommend them.

Exceptionally Well Done
Meticulous and professional team, outstanding final product. True professionals who were called in to replace epoxy work installed by another local company that failed to install properly. The job required completely removing the cracked epoxy that was improperly installed by another company, resurfacing, and then professionally installing. The final product is exceptionally well done. Highly recommend.

GarageExperts is top notch! Jacob, Dawn, Will, and Dylan did a fantastic job redoing my garage floor. Never expected it to look so great after 12 yrs of wear and tear. You won't go wrong having GarageExperts epoxy your floor.

An excellent one-day install
Under a tight schedule due to moving in, Garage Experts were able to quickly install my polyaspartic garage floor. Tom & Dawn did an excellent job in a one-day install. The photos show vacuum prep of the floor, adding color (to my taste), applying the coating to the primed floor (aka 'feeding the chickens'), and the final buff after the sealer. Thanks for a great job. I really love my floor.

Cabinets Functioned Magnificently
Built a new home in Southport in 2018. Also in 2018, Thomas with Garage Experts installed wall cabinets with a workbench. Here we are in 2025, and the cabinets have functioned magnificently with ZERO issues. The cabinets are very durable and well made. I am very pleased. BTW, any cabinets you may purchase in a big box store will not be nearly as good as these.

New epoxy garage floor looks great
New epoxy garage floor looks great. The team (Jacob, Dawn, Will, and Dylan) did a great job and were very careful around the wall since we have baseboard and finished walls in the garage. They answered all questions and they will soon do our patio. I communicated with 6 companies before selecting Garage Experts. Competitive price, process explained well, and communication leading up to install was timely and courteous. Recommend this company.

These guys are the best.
These guys are the best. Arrived on time, down to the minute. Friendly, professional. Walked me through the entire process, even the materials used. The process took two days and then a few days to let the floor completely set. The owner was there doing the work, which I really appreciated. The workers nudged the garage door indicator during the final application and the door would not close. One call to the office, and Lisa arrived in 30 minutes and straightened everything out. They did not have the lowest price but they had the best ratings and I'm glad we chose them!
Chad Hill

Garage Experts did a great job on my garage and patio floors as well as the overhead storage rack. Jacob, Alan, and Dawn were excellent to work with. Set up, prep, application, and clean up went well, and I love the new floors! Owner Tom was also on site, which is great when company leadership cares enough to ensure everything is going well and address any issues (which there were none). Highly Recommended and Professional
Garage Experts removed a defective epoxy floor covering that had been done incorrectly by another vendor. After prepping the floor properly, they used a multi-step process to apply the color (flakes) and seal the floor. Install takes two days, followed by three days for the floor to completely dry. The result is an attractive garage floor that is easily maintained and has a lifetime warranty. Performed in a professional manner and highly recommended.

Our garage floor was completed today, and we are more than happy.

We contacted GarageExperts, and Lisa promptly came out to review color options, explain the process/warranty, and promptly provided a quote. They scheduled our project quickly and kept us informed.
Jacob and Alan were our installers. They were very knowledgeable (obviously experienced), described the process, and kept us informed. I appreciated that they arrived on time each day and left the job site clean. The project was finished over 2 days (approximately 3 hours each day).
We are looking forward to many years from our new garage floor and highly recommend GarageExperts of Eastern North Carolina.

Fantastic experience and highly recommend!
Fantastic experience and highly recommend! Our floor turned out incredibly well and appears to be ready for a lifetime of use—or abuse! The contractor who did our home remodel was so impressed with our garage floor he is going to get his floor done—and he had been trying to convince me to just buy a kit from a big-box store and do it myself. I considered the big-box kit and a fancier commercial kit offered online, but read that the preparation and application process is one of the most important aspects of having a garage floor done. Rather than renting unfamiliar equipment and hoping to master this process on my first attempt, I thought it would be best to not cut corners and get it done right the first time. After obtaining quotes from multiple providers, some of which were less expensive and could have gotten our floor done sooner, we were sold on the experience, professionalism, guarantee, and quality of the product offered by the GarageExperts team. The application process took less than two full days and went smoothly. We chose a heavier flake option: the Lunar with Maui Blue; see pictures. I continue to be amazed at the finished product. There is no question: I could not have made my garage floor look this good for what I paid and the amount of time I spent managing the process. If you're looking for a high-quality coating for your garage floor, I found GarageExperts to be the best local option for our needs and highly recommend them.

From the initial phone call to the final product, this group was amazing. Everyone was on time and very well prepared to help with ideas, provide input, and ultimately create an amazing garage floor! Picking a color can be somewhat stressful but Lisa was available the whole time to make the process easier and exciting. I highly recommend getting your garage floors done, and there really is no other company to use besides Garage Experts.

Never Owned a Garage This Nice
Thanks, Lisa and Thomas. I have never owned a garage that looks this nice. The direction you gave us on color was spot on. And again, a special thanks for getting the walls painted as my time ran out.

Experts at Their Craft
Jacob and Heath are definitely experts at their craft. The coverage is evenly distributed and the color choice was perfect. Sure, you can go buy the material yourself and apply it, but you will not get the results that you get with Garage Experts. And no, I’m not a paid spokesperson.

Well worth the investment!
Garage Experts just completed epoxy flooring in our 3-car garage. Lisa, one of the owners, was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process, selection of colors, etc. She was involved throughout the project, and as expected, it was exceptional. It's difficult to explain how beautiful a garage floor can be, and it's even better when it comes to cleaning any spillage. The quality of this material and workmanship was the best available. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and close associates. It's well worth the investment! Don Hirst

Highly recommend Garage Experts of Eastern North Carolina. From start to finish, the job was done professionally and with good communication. At Lisa's suggestion, we rented a U-Haul to store the garage items in the driveway while they worked on the floor, and that process worked out very well. The job was completed on time as promised, and the end result has been exactly what we wanted.

Outstanding Job on My Garage and Patio
They did an outstanding job when epoxying my garage and patio floor. I have recommended them to quite a few people in the new neighborhood I moved into as well as friends in the area. We couldn't be any happier!
We love our refurbished garage. With the beautiful flooring and overhead ceiling storage units, the garage is not only a place for our cars but it also serves as a large bonus room. There is an abundance of storage now which has freed up more floor space to be able to use the garage as intended, i.e., for our cars! We hosted a southern boil on Memorial Day and were able to have plenty of room for everyone in the garage. We couldn’t be any happier! My wife and I highly recommend GarageExperts for epoxy flooring and storage solutions!

Installed in a Timely and Efficient Manner
I needed cabinets and a workbench to organize my garage. I called Garage Experts and one of the owners came to our home and assisted with planning and presented a free estimate, which I was very pleased with. Cabinets and workbench were installed by Garage Experts in a timely and efficient manner. The work area was cleaned up very well and all sawing was done outside to keep the garage cleaner. One of the installers was an owner of the business, and that says a lot for how well the work was done. This is the second big job done for me by Garage Experts and I will not hesitate to call them again for other needs.

Exceeded all our expectations

We're so pleased with the epoxy sealed floors, full slat wall hanging solution, custom cabinetry, and multiple hanging bike racks. Our once cluttered garage is now completely organized and spotless thanks to Garage Experts of Eastern NC. I would definitely recommend their services to others!

Highly Recommend Garage Experts
I highly recommend Garage Experts of Eastern North Carolina. We wanted to replace the paint/stain that the builders put on our garage floor with an attractive, easy to clean, and durable epoxy finish. We could not be more pleased with the results.
We requested a quote online and received a response from Thomas and Lisa very quickly. I discovered that I goofed on my estimate of the size of the garage, and they were equally fast in updating their quote. Their price was competitive, and we scheduled the work for about 3 weeks out. They confirmed the appointment 2 days prior; and arrived exactly when they said they would. (I rented a U-Haul for 3 days to store my garage contents and that went flawlessly as well.)
It took just about a day and a half for the work to be completed (exactly as promised), and I was able to put stuff back in the garage 24 hours later.

Everything looks neat, clean and professional!
Garage Experts of Eastern North Carolina completed our project today and we couldn't be happier. They coated our garage floor, and it looks awesome. They also installed storage cabinets and bike racks. The storage cabinets hold all the typical garage stuff that was on shelves and the floor—so everything is now organized and behind closed doors! The bike racks allow plenty of room for our cars, and everything looks neat, clean, and professional! Tom and Lisa are delightful to work with, and we highly recommend Garage Experts!
