Absolutely Outstanding Experience with Drew and Garage Experts of Orange County I can’t say enough good things about Drew Macbeth, the owner of Garage Experts of Orange County, and the entire team. This review is long overdue, and every single word is well deserved. On May 21, I booked an appointment with them, and from the very beginning the experience was exceptional. Their customer service and follow-up were amazing. They were responsive, organized, and respectful of my time. Drew personally came out, brought samples, explained everything clearly, and never once pressured me to sign a contract. He let the quality of their work speak for itself, which immediately earned my trust. I decided to go bold and chose a black-on-black epoxy floor. Drew was honest and told me that black floors can show dust more easily and gave thoughtful advice without any pressure. I chose the ultra-durable Carbon Brindle epoxy with a polyaspartic topcoat, paired with sleek Timberline cabinets and bold black channel pulls, which gave the garage a clean, modern look. I didn’t fully listen, but even then, I was extremely happy with the final result. Honestly, if I had followed his advice exactly, I might have been even happier. That says a lot about his vision, taste, and experience. We then designed custom cabinets. We signed a contract for a 48-inch wide, maximum-height cabinet, plus a 36-inch cabinet next to the fridge. Drew created a full 3D design incredibly fast, and on top of that, he beat the prices of three other companies I had quoted, using the same materials. That is rare. The epoxy team arrived one week later and completed the entire floor in one day. The crew was professional, respectful, and clearly proud of their work. You could tell they cared. The cabinets arrived exactly on the day Drew promised. During installation, one cabinet door had a very tiny dent. Drew immediately stopped the entire installation, showed it to me first, and said he would replace it if I wasn’t 100 percent happy. The dent was so small it was hard to see even when pointed out, but the level of precision and pride he takes in his work is something you rarely see today. He stayed on site the entire time, supervising the team until everything was perfect. I installed the slat wall myself, and when Drew saw it, he told me I did a great job. Then, without hesitation, he said he would gift me slat wall accent strips to cover the screws. And he delivered on that promise. They stand behind their service, their product, and their word. They deliver on time, they care deeply about quality, and they truly go above and beyond. Sadly, shortly after all this, I lost my brother, and I didn’t have the chance to write this review sooner. Now, almost eight months later, every single day I walk into my garage, I feel happy. I kept telling myself this review was long overdue because I genuinely owe it to them. Garage Experts of Orange County was amazing in every way. I feel lucky to have found them, and I confidently recommend Drew and his team to everyone I know. They truly deserve it. If you are considering epoxy floors or garage cabinets, you can feel completely safe choosing them. They deliver excellence. Thank you, Drew and the Garage Experts of Orange County team. I will continue recommending you to everyone I know.
