Great Experience! Jul 3, 2026

Great experience! Everyone was very professional and good to work with. They answered our many questions and explained every step. The garage and patio floors are gorgeous. We almost hate to put stuff on them. Chase and Jay were awesome the last day getting everything wrapped up, especially Chase who was very patient and thorough. Our only regret is we don't have any more floors. Highly recommend!

Absolutely blown away by the final result May 20, 2026

We recently had our garage floor epoxy done, and I honestly knew it would look better—but I’m absolutely blown away by the final result. It looks even better than we imagined. The quality, finish, and overall attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through all the options, explain each step, and made us feel confident we were making the right decisions. Chase, one of the installers, was extremely professional and patient. He took the time to answer every question we had and explain the “why” behind different parts of the process, which we really appreciated. He also had amazing attention to detail, and it really showed in the finished product. You can truly tell this company takes pride in their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality garage floor transformation.

This Product Is Forever Feb 7, 2026

It is rare today to find a company that “gets it.” Neil and his team at Garage Experts were incredibly professional. The product is first class and truly bulletproof. This is the second home in which I used Garage Experts and can’t imagine not having this protection in my garage (a room I would argue gets ignored by too many people but is used more than the dining room, where the fine china is stored). You get what you pay for and this team delivers top-notch product and service. I have been in the hospitality industry for 35 years and I am hard to impress. I was blown away! Don’t hesitate! And don’t think you can buy the kit at Lowe’s and DIY… it is not even close to the same thing. This product is forever.

Before & After That Speaks for Itself! Nov 20, 2025

✨ Before & After That Speaks for Itself! ✨ When we bought our house, it came with an 8' hot tub. When that hot tub quit on us, we chopped it up and hauled it to the dump. That left us with a sunroom that was… well, a mess: ✔️ Half white carpet ✔️ Half tile ✔️ An 8' section of bare concrete We kept an area rug over the concrete for years while debating: What flooring is functional, looks great, lasts, and is easy to keep clean? Enter GarageExperts of Southwest Virginia and their epoxy flooring! YA’LL… THIS IS IT! 🙌 A few things you should know about GarageExperts: 1️⃣ Jessica (co-owner) is amazing! Genuine, knowledgeable, and patient. She helped us pick the perfect color and texture to complement our brick, white walls, and furniture—without being pushy. 2️⃣ Fast turnaround: It was a TWO-DAY job! 3️⃣ Professional crew: Chase, Taylor, Ty, and Javiar were polite, well-mannered, and respectful. “Yes ma’am” was said more times than I can count—and that goes a LONG way with me. 4️⃣ Top-notch communication: They answered every question with a smile. ✅ 10 out of 10 recommend! If you’re tired of flooring headaches, epoxy is the answer—and GarageExperts is the team to call.

They were efficient, thorough, and precise in execution of our project. We could not be prouder or happier with the end product. We would highly recommend Garage Experts!!

Everything looks fantastic. Oct 20, 2025

The final result is stunning. Sep 12, 2025

Neil and Jessica could not have been better to work with. Our job was unique. We have a 1300 sq. ft. deck that had old ceramic tile on top of a concrete deck. The tile was loose and was very slick when wet. Jessica helped us pick out the best epoxy color. It was a large job to remove the tile, grind off the thin set, and prep the floor for its final epoxy coating. In addition, it is outside so they had to work around the weather. The final result is stunning. Also, it will extend the life of the concrete. I would not hesitate to recommend Garage Experts and Neil and Jessica for a quality epoxy floor.

Joe Engle

GarageExperts did a fantastic job Sep 4, 2025

I love my new garage floor! Aug 31, 2025

I love my new garage floor! I’m so happy that I chose Garage Experts to transform my garage from a stained and unattractive space to a wonderful, clean room that exceeded my expectations. From that first phone call to the finished job, Trent always took time to patiently answer all of my questions and explain the process. The job was completed in one hot and humid summer day by Trent and Chase, leaving absolutely no mess for me to clean. The end result was a clean and fresh room that is easy to clean and keep clean. I highly recommend Trent and Chase and this company.

The result is amazing! Jun 18, 2025

We had Garage Experts do a complete makeover of our garage. New floor, painted the walls and ceiling, floor-to-ceiling cabinets, 2 workstations with drawers and slat wall panels. The result is amazing! The cabinets and drawers all have the soft-close hinges. The workmanship is really nice and the final price was a good bit less than expected for that amount of work. I would highly recommend Garage Experts for anyone looking to seriously upgrade their garage!

Miracle workers May 8, 2025

There is no doubt that Garage Experts are my go-to on any concrete floor. This is my second floor done by them and all I can say is they are miracle workers. My floor was really bad and now it's a work of art. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and highly talented crew. And who doesn't love a lifetime warranty? Dealing with Trent again the second time around was top-notch just as it was the first time.

Highly Recommend Garage Experts! May 8, 2025

Had an elevated porch slab to coat and finish. The estimate and quote was prompt and fair. Chase and Rigo did the prep and finish work. They worked hard, were professional and positive, even working late to finish the floor. The edge on the open side of the porch was difficult, and created extra work to get it finished, but they did a great job! Highly recommend Garage Experts!

Epoxy Layer Looks Fantastic Dec 13, 2024

Our garage makeover was completed today and we are very pleased. Garage Experts painted our walls and installed an epoxy flooring layer. Neil and team were challenged due to very cold weather conditions in our area which affected the drying speed of the drywall mud. Despite that, they worked hard in the cold weather and got the walls painted and they look terrific. Then they completed the epoxy layer over two days and it looks fantastic. At the beginning of this process, my garage was full of stuff so they loaned me a box truck that I used to clear out the garage. The thought of having to put all that in my basement was awful so they had this solution which worked out fantastic. Neil and team are great people as well. Thank you, Neil and Jessica.

Bill Mills

Best company around by far Nov 25, 2024

Very pleased! 😊 Nov 22, 2024

My husband and I had a 50-year-old garage floor. It was full of oil leaks and suffered heavily from age. I looked online and found Garage Experts. From the minute the conversation started, I felt very comfortable that I had found exactly what I needed. The owners, Neil and Jessica, came out to give us an estimate in a very timely manner. They gave us a very reasonable price and kept in constant contact with us until the job was completed. This company went above and beyond. They helped us with a couple of very heavy objects that needed to be removed. They also helped us put those objects back when the floor was ready to walk on. Professional experts. The floor is completely new and beautiful! Very pleased! 😊

Elaine Prater

Made it better than we dreamed of Nov 3, 2024

I made a huge mistake. I hired an inferior contractor for a couple hundred $$$ less and they destroyed my garage. We have to take them to court now. Meanwhile, Neil and Jessica accepted our humble apology and fixed our garage. Fixed is an understatement… they made it better than we dreamed of. There’s no doubt this is the only company I would ever let touch my garage floors. Learn from my mistake and choose Garage Experts.

J Cox

Neil and Jessica were GREAT to work with and we couldn't be happier with how our garage floor turned out. The install was flawless. They were very helpful in explaining the process, offered a great array of colors, and were so nice and professional. Jessica offered to bring samples over a second time just before install, so I would be sure to get the exact color I wanted. I would recommend Neil and Jessica to anyone looking to redo their floor. Thanks Garage Experts of SWVA!

Working with Neil and Jessica was a pleasure! They provided professional and timely service and actually fit my garage in earlier than expected upon a cancellation from another customer. We had our garage covered in their epoxy flooring with specks of orange and maroon, and it turned out looking amazing! We also had some shelves installed to hold tubs and coolers off of the garage floor. I would recommend using them for all of your garage needs!

I LOVE MY GARAGE! Apr 26, 2022

A couple months ago, I noticed on NextDoor that someone had asked for help finding a professional who refinished garage floors. Willie Jester with Garage Experts of SWVA was the recommendation. I'd been wanting to do this for years but figured it'd be too much trouble. Just out of curiosity, I called Willie. He worked the schedule around me moving my things from side to side as he did a side each week. Two days to do the work, a few days to dry and move things to the other side. He's finished up at this point and I LOVE MY GARAGE! Super friendly guy, shows up when he says he will, does excellent, conscientious, efficient, beautiful work! You really can't ask for more!
