What a Transformation!
Juan & Pat transformed my existing, unfinished garage floor into a remarkable space! There were several cracks and areas where the rebar was too close to the finished surface, causing chunks of concrete to pop, exposing and rusting the rebar. The apron concrete of the 2 car side was severely spalled, as well as the spalled vertical surface of the stem wall. All of these were ground down and filled to give a smooth surface.
What a transformation! Kudos to Juan & Pat for their diligence!
