The Finished Floor Looks Absolutely Amazing May 22, 2026

I highly recommend Garage Experts of Lakeland, Florida! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The crew arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and clearly took pride in their work. What really impressed me was the preparation process. A quality garage floor coating is only as good as the prep work underneath it, and Garage Experts has the proper equipment and expertise to do it the right way. This is definitely not a simple “do-it-yourself” project if you want professional results that will last. The finished floor looks absolutely amazing—clean, durable, and completely transformed our garage. It honestly feels more like an extension of the home now than just a garage. On top of all that, their pricing was very reasonable for the level of quality and service they provided. If you’re considering a garage floor coating, I would absolutely recommend Garage Experts of Lakeland.

Very professional and punctual May 22, 2026

Very professional and punctual. Quality work. I am proud to call this garage mine. Shannon is such a friendly person beyond the scope of her job. She even plucked a few random weeds in my yard because they looked ugly!! That is beyond what any consumer would expect or even imagine. I will not hesitate to recommend this company! A.G. 5-22-26

We could not possibly be happier! Nov 4, 2025

We contracted with GarageExperts of Lakeland to have both our garage floor and our lanai resurfaced. We could not possibly be happier! We're no longer embarrassed of our lanai—just the opposite! We love showing it off. And they were able to incorporate black and gold into our garage floor—very subtly—so every time we go out there, it makes us feel like we're home in the Burgh. The entire experience was a joy. Alex and Shannon are great people and just fantastic to deal with. We could not recommend them more highly!

Great job 100% recommend. Oct 23, 2025

I contacted GarageExperts of Lakeland to have my 3-car garage floor epoxied and flaked. I saw one previous garage they have done, and it still looks amazing 4–5 years later. Alex and Shannon, the owners, were great and answered all my stupid questions. On the day of installation, Alex and one of his employees showed up at 8 a.m. on the dot to begin work. They did a thorough job as if they were working on their own home. Their attention to detail was awesome. I’m still finding things they did that show they went above and beyond. I will have them returning to do my 20x40 detached garage as soon as it’s built. Great job 100% recommend.

It blended extremely well and we are very pleased with the result. Thank you, Alex, so much for your excellent customer service and workmanship!!

Professional and Friendly Service Jul 19, 2025

When I had my garage floor done, I also had an overhead shelf installed. This work was done many years ago by another Garage Expert that is no longer in business. I contacted Alex at Garage Experts Lakeland, and even though it wasn’t their job, they came quickly and repaired my shelf at no charge. They were professional, friendly, and followed with no follow-up. I would highly recommend them and will call them first if I need any garage improvements in the future.

I wanted to take this opportunity to give my assessment of the workmanship and quality of the job Alex and Tim did on my carport/driveway. They paid attention to detail and did a fantastic job. Is there a 6th star? Sep 29, 2023

Is there a 6th star...or could we just go to 10 stars for this team of professionals. It starts with the first contact... Shannon. She knows more about garage floors and cabinets than I would ever care to know. You can tell she has done her homework and that she cares for the well-being of the project. She feels more like a partner in the process, rather than a person developing the service. Then the technicians are amazing. The quality and the time they spend to create this space is amazing. I highly recommend giving this company an opportunity to increase the value of your home. I am blessed connecting with this company.

Kent Fischer

They are experts—it's in their name Sep 29, 2023

1. They are experts—it's in their name... They know what they are doing and they work with speed and make garage space an experience, not just a place to park your car. 2. The value that is added to the home for having this service is amazing.

Call this dynamic duo today! Sep 3, 2023

We highly recommend this company for garage flooring! Don’t waste your time with Performance flooring or any other company for that matter! Shannon and Alexander were such a pleasure to work with. We were looking for a custom flake epoxy for both our garage floors, and Shannon was able to provide us with an array of options that met our needs. She was very upfront and honest about options that would work vs. those that could potentially be problematic. They were extremely reasonably priced; their customer service is second to NONE! This husband & wife team are AWESOME and totally earned our business, so much so, we are recommending them to all our new neighbors and friends! Even though they are based in Lakeland, there was no issue whatsoever with location or communication! They even met us at a Starbucks in Citrus Park to show us some options! Fast forward 3 months and I can tell you our floors still look AMAZING even after parking wet cars on them! Do yourself a favor, and call this dynamic duo today!

Garage Experts' Stellar Service May 9, 2023

Garage Experts of Lakeland did the epoxy coating on my garage floor, installed garage cabinets, a garage workbench, a rugged (coated) workbench tabletop, and even helped me with a cabinet that I owned that was damaged in shipping. From the beginning (when I was still in another state), Alex and Shannon have been very attentive to my wants and needs. Their communication was excellent. I was moving into a new build house and wanted the garage finished before I moved. I thought I knew what I wanted, but after seeing the pictures Alex sent me of my garage (in construction phase), I decided I needed to wait until I actually got to Florida to design the garage cabinets. Alex and Shannon were patient with me and kept communicating even though I was delaying the project about 1-2 months. Alex completed my flooring the day after I arrived in Florida so it would be ready when the movers arrived, and came back a few weeks later to install the cabinets. The cabinets are just what I wanted and look great. Garage Experts of Lakeland were the only company that would allow me to have different colors on the sides and fronts of my cabinets without adding an enormous amount to the cost. Alex customized my cabinets to fit an exact (odd) space that I had in my garage between the electrical panel and an outlet. My flooring looks awesome and matches my cabinets. I couldn’t be happier with how my cabinets and flooring turned out. If you are searching for a company that takes pride in their work, has great customer service, shows up on time, is respectful of your property, and cleans up after themselves then Garage Experts of Lakeland (Alex and Shannon) is who you want. I haven’t been able to unpack my things into the garage cabinets yet. I will update my review to include durability once I unpack and am actually using the cabinets. This is for the business GarageExperts®

Outstanding Job on Lanai's Floor Dec 1, 2022

I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude to Alex Gismondi for an outstanding job doing the epoxy on my lanai's floor. There was an issue with the floor's coating "bubble" seal. I called Alex, (after being paid in full) two days later he came back and the problem was corrected! Your hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. Alex, you're an integral part of what makes your workplace successful. Looking forward to working with you in the future.

I couldn't be happier with the results. Oct 7, 2022

I needed someone to provide an epoxy flooring for my new home in Florida while I was still in NY. Garage Experts was recommended by the local sales manager of my community, and they did a great job. I worked with Kevin Bender, and he took care of everything from going to the house to look at the floor and sending me a proposal and walking me through and explaining what needed to happen. The work was scheduled to start on the day Hurricane Ian hit Florida. Kevin kept in touch and was able to do the work 2 days later with enough time for the floor to fully cure before my movers arrived. The floor looks great, I couldn't be happier with the results.

Highly recommend Kevin and Garage Experts May 21, 2022

I highly recommend Kevin and Garage Experts of Lakeland for their professionalism, workmanship, and value! I was hesitant to refinish my garage floor, but I'm so glad that I did. The previous owner installed a rubber mat that was glued to the floor. Over time, the glue failed and the rubber mat became a trip hazard. In addition, moisture caused mold to grow under the mat. Kevin removed the glue, prepared the floor, and applied a beautiful epoxy coating. He even came back to perform a repair (at no additional cost) because the floor got wet from rain before fully curing. It has now been four months since the work was completed and the floor has been durable and still looks like new. If you've considered refinishing a concrete flooring surface, don't hesitate, call Kevin!

Fantastic Job Transforming Garage Floor May 12, 2022

The new floor looks amazing Feb 3, 2022

Yesterday and today Kevin put in a new epoxy floor for our very badly stained 3-car garage. He was prompt, very professional, friendly, and incredibly hard working. The new floor looks amazing. How well it will wear is yet to be seen, but given Kevin's professionalism, I believe there will be no disappointments with the quality and durability of the product. Thanks, Kevin.

This company was excellent in every way. Kevin was very prompt and punctual. He did what he said he would do and explained every step in a way I could understand and know what to expect. The new floor looks great and will bring us a lot of happiness in future days. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will certainly use them for any future projects.
