Who said a utility room needs to have a boring, unfinished floor that's always dusty and dull? This Whisper Grey floor was installed this week for a new homeowner at Rolling Green in Topsfield, MA. It completes a space that is often overlooked. Now you can see your reflection!

Earlier in the week we completed this floor in Framingam. We spent an entire day preparing the floor by grinding it and skim coating 80% of it with cement to fill spalls, uneven sections and cracks. After prep and prior to coating, we aggressively sanded the floor to get it smooth. We then applied our Garage FX floor system using 1/4" Cappuccino Blended flake. You can see the beautiful, bright appearance that makes for a warm and inviting space.
