Garage Experts did an awesome job; they were timely, advising me every step of the way. The young men were very polite, explained in detail how long before we can walk on it, put contents back in garage, and when we can pull cars in. It’s refreshing to meet the professionals associated with this company. Thank you, Lane.

GarageExperts Did an Excellent Job Apr 1, 2026

GarageExperts did an excellent job coating our garage floor. For the proposal, the owner visited personally to discuss what we needed and to show us samples of the many flake options. The technicians were prompt and efficient and cleaned up well. The finished floor is even more beautiful and seems more resilient than we anticipated. We are very pleased and can highly recommend GarageExperts.

All details were thoroughly explained Aug 21, 2025

All details were thoroughly explained, and the end result was very nice. One word of caution, though, is that the flakes that are embedded in the epoxy are continuously found long after they leave. Have a shop vac ready to finalize cleanup.

Michael Welsh

The end results were excellent. Aug 8, 2025

We had our garage and covered patio both done. We chose two different flake colors and sizes. The crew was very polite, did a great job preparing the area, and the end results were excellent. We are very pleased.

Really recommend this place Jul 11, 2025

Lane Smoak with GarageExperts was fantastic. I wasn't sure what to expect with an epoxy floor, but Lane guided me through the whole process start to finish. We were able to get moved up on the calendar and get it installed sooner than we expected, which was nice too. The guys that came out were super thorough, professional, and top notch. Really recommend this place for anyone thinking of getting their garage fixed up. We're going to use ours as a gym, and the floor is hugely important when it comes to a gym. Thank you, Lane and team!

Outstanding experience with Lane Smoak Aug 5, 2024

Everything about the experience of working with Lane Smoak and his associate Josh was outstanding. Lane took a large chunk of his time to visit us multiple times to discuss options for flooring and cabinets, pricing, the application process, and materials used for our garage floor. When it came time to do the work, Lane and Josh did a terrific job, working long hours for several days in brutally hot conditions to complete the work. The garage looks terrific, and we will be adding more cabinets in the next few months. My wife and I would recommend Lane and Josh without reservation.

Highly recommend Garage Experts May 5, 2023

Lane Smoak, the owner of Garage Experts of Augusta, and his guys (Tristan and Christian) are excellent, hard-working, talented, and friendly. They showed up when scheduled and worked diligently until the day's work was done. I can’t say enough good about them. They are a breath of fresh air after the many not-so-good contractors we have had over the years. They coated our garage floor and basement stairs with an epoxy, which was then coated with flakes and a clear sealing coat, in one and a half days. The lifetime warranty is just what we need as the garage floor was a replacement for a failing epoxy coating done 12 years ago. The guys had to first grind off that old coating, which was not very easy as there are built-in cabinets and a counter with shelving that is open underneath. Lane did the basement steps while his guys did the garage floor. If you are considering this kind of work, we highly recommend Garage Experts of Augusta. Their work ethic and attention to detail are superior.

Loving our new epoxy floor! Mar 19, 2023

Loving our new epoxy floor!! They are true professionals. On-time communication, fair pricing, and a great result. It was done in one day. If you have a naked foundation on the bottom of the wall, I recommend you cover the sides too; I think it gives a much more polished look. I took some photos of the stairs in case you wonder how brick stairs would look like with the coat. One worry I had before doing this was my kids getting tripped when it's wet, but it has so much grip with the chips. It actually gives the floor more friction.🤪 We are very happy with the result. I highly recommend Garage Experts of Augusta🫰

Sam beat their business on quality Mar 25, 2022

We thought Sam was great. He installed epoxy chip flooring for our business. He did an excellent job on our floors, which were troublesome due to humidity in our building and moisture coming up through the floor. He was able to put a sealant on the floor to keep the moisture out. We've worked with another company in Augusta before for a different building. Sam beat their business on quality and pricing. I've attached photos of his work. We selected creek bed chips from the samples he brought by on his initial visit. Thank you, Sam! You were terrific!
