Kansas City Recent Garage Makeovers

We installed our long-lasting epoxy floor coating with our Garage FX® abrasion resistant polyaspartic topcoat. This space had a failing floor when we first arrived. There were many areas where it was peeling up and other areas where the cracks in the concrete weren't filled or leveled. After grinding the floor we filled and leveled all damages to the concrete and then coated the floor with our "Lunar" flake pattern. The space is much brighter and now has a beautiful high gloss topcoat that will last for years to come.

The thing about DIY products is that they arent made to last. Our floor coating products were exactly what she need to not worry about having to do a floor coating again. We coated this patio with our "Santana" color pattern over a period of 6 hours.

But a dull, grey, concrete floor, doesnt really compliment the look of luxury. So, we went with black. This 1100 sq foot garage is home to one of our Kansas City Chief players and also, some very beautiful cars. We felt that they deserve to be displayed on something just as sexy. This floor is 5 layers thick with both large and small "Carbon" flake. The high gloss topcoat is going to make his Lamborghini, Mercedes Benz, and Escalade really POP.

We had to bust concrete off the slab and then fill/level the floor with our concrete polymer. Once repairs were done we coated the floor and sprinkled our "Lunar" flake pattern over. Looking at it now, you could never even tell that the concrete was even damaged.

We installed cabinets to accommodate his refrigerator, freezer, weapon safe, and built two extra large cabinets to conceal his garbage cans. Total system contains 19 cabinets, a butcher block hardwood countertop, 2 slatwall systems, and 2 automated lifts for his bicycles. This is a dream garage and its now a part of our clients dream home.

Instead it is 1000sqft of 4x8 particle board. We filled drill and screw holes and then sanded floor with a 100 grit paper on a floor buffer. We then coated the floor and used our "Comet" blue pattern flake.

Stuck on tile had to be removed, busted and uneven concrete had to be leveled and patched, previous patches had to be removed and replaced. Prep alone for this floor took 2 days. What was once a store with horrible concrete floors now leaves customers in awe. "Dakota Grey" flake matches with everything. Even bright green walls.

We Installed coving cement around the entire floor, a brand new concrete step that we blended seamlessly to the floor, and finally we coated the floor with our Brindle line "Garnet" flake pattern. One of our best works in my opinion and were not done yet. Cabinets are on the way.
